Printing the document in word

1,Any work that is done in the computer can be taken out as a printed format. This can be achieved by selecting the following command.

a. file Print (or)
b. Press print iconicon

2, ‘Print’ dialogue box will appear on the screen.

3, We can select printer and click on ‘OK’ button.
