Press the START button on the DESKTOP.

Accessories
Notepad
Click on the NotePad Option.
NotePad also has the TITLE BAR,MENU BAR and SCROLL BARS.
But the other toolbars like Standard toolbars,Format bar, Ruler, Picture bar,Drawing etc.,
