Select text:

Selecting the text by using Keyboard:

 Place the insertion point just before the required text.
 Press the shift button with arrow key and drag it till the end of the required text.

Selecting the text by using Mouse:
 Place the insertion point just before the required text.
 Press the left mouse button and drag it till the required text.
